It's best Year 4 you continue to make us proud with your huge smiles and enthusiasm for learning. We’ve been particularly delighted with those of you who have joined in the headwear dress code for Mrs Gold's video lessons! Please keep those standards high, Pharoah Chandler was a particular highlight (note to my Group - we clearly need to adopt some headwear!) We have started to award pen licences and would like to congratulate George and Hannah who are the first proud recipients. Please continue to practice daily - we are keeping a very close eye. We have loved all your enthusiasm for poetry this week, your performances, including a wonderful stop motion animation of Cat Rap by Catherine, have really made us smile. We've also seen some fierce Jabberwocks and discovered that many of you have a real talent for nonsense poetry! In maths we've been continuing our multiplication and division. On Monday we'll be continuing to divide two digits by one. Don't forget we are here to support you if you get stuck! Next week we are having a focus on Mental Health, including, as far as possible, screen-free time on Friday. Lots of you had some great suggestions of ways to relax or things that you find helpful that we talked about in our whole class meet today so you could try some of those or have a look at some of the activities on Google Classroom. Thank you, and all your families supporting you, for all your hard work. We hope you all have a lovely weekend. See below for some of our Jabberwocks! ![]()
