As we come the end of our third week of remote learning we just wanted to say how proud we are of all of you and how hard you are all working. We are reaching the end of our English work on The Lost Thing by Shaun Tan and we continue to be amazed by your writing. We hope to share some of your published work soon. In maths our focus has been on multiplication and division which we will be continuing next week. As you all know, our topic this term is the Ancient Egyptians. This term you can choose work from our topic grid as part of your topic work and I am posting the grid here for reference as well as on Google Classroom. Thank you to Mrs Mills for the wonderful Ancient Egypt music work she has added to Google Classroom and also to Mrs Price for her work on States of Matter for science. We have loved seeing your home experiments and how innovative you all are in finding resources with which to complete your experiments. I have also attached a copy of the overview plan for next week's remote learning. Please remember to try to do your daily activities of some exercise (we should all ideally aim to be active for at least an hour per day), reading, times tables, handwriting and spellings. We appreciate that it's not always easy when working from home but, as with most things, the more you practise, the better you'll get! We hope you all have a lovely weekend and look forward to seeing you next week. Take care and best wishes, Mrs Gold and Ms Griffiths ![]()
