Our book penpal

Ock Class were thrilled this week to receive our first postcard and book recommendation from author and illustrator extraordinaire, David O'Connell:

David has set us the challenge of writing about one of his characters on the front of the postcard, so I am setting this as a piece of optional homework. Children can bring their stories to me and will will photograph and tweet them to David. I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with!
