Welcome

Choosing a school for your child is an important decision to make, and one that is best done by finding out as much as you can about the schools which you are considering. The best way to do this is to come and visit! 

All admissions into Oxfordshire maintained schools are dealt with by the Oxfordshire County Council Admissions Team. There are established arrangements for appeals against non admission. Details are available from the school.

Starting School in Reception

Children starting school for the first time in Reception Year will do so in the September following their fourth birthday. 

If your child is, or will be, 4 years old by 31st August 2024 you must apply for a place in Reception Year for September 2024.  You can apply here.

In-year Transfers

Please contact us if you are thinking of transferring your child to Appleton as we may have spaces in their year group.
