Vision and Values

Vision and values statement

At Appleton C of E Primary School we are proud of our vision which is to be:

A happy and welcoming school community where we learn to build wisely for life by following Jesus’ example of love and care, and by aiming to be the best we can for ourselves and the good of others.

We have three associated Christian values that are also an integral part of our positive behaviour policy :

• Respect: We will recognise and respect the uniqueness of each individual.
• Kindness: We will show kindness by loving others as ourselves, making a difference to our community and the world around us through our words and actions.
• Responsibility: We are responsible for fulfilling our potential, believing in ourselves and making our own wise choices.

Our vision and values are an integral part of who we are and can be seen in everything we do.
